after being a nurse for about twenty years i decided that i need to further my education. my masters degree was done completely online and that gave me the freedom and ability to do my education while i raised my kids and worked full time. raising my kids as a single mom and having them see me get my education online and work full-time has given them the opportunity to see that they can do anything that they want to. i'm currently the hospital administrator for two public hospitals. we serve patients who might not otherwise get care. i teach an online nursing program. i feel that i'm giving back something to the nurses that are attempting to get their bachelors degree like i did. doing online education is something that i suggest to many, many people.
